Ever been inundated with health and wellness advice? Claims and contradictions seem to come at you left and right. Food labels and marketing at times misleading. Trust me. I’ve been hit in the face with wellness too.

As I explored various dietary theories and forms physical activity over the last few years, I’ve had some time to think about these fad diets and workouts. They may work for the time being, but are they practical? Does it promote longevity? Is it sustainable, for your lifestyle?

What I always see results from is going back to the basics. How do I move better? How do I alleviate and prevent pain? Mobility and activation. How do I feel better about what I’m eating? How do I aid digestion? Getting back in the kitchen. 👩🏻‍🍳
